What is the difference between a meeting organizer and a meeting moderator?

There are three categories of participants in a Calliflower meeting -- organizers, moderators, and participants. Each have different capabilities than the others, with the organizer being the most powerful. The organizer of the meeting is the person who scheduled the meeting. They have the ability to cancel or reschedule the meeting, and to appoint moderators. Moderators can't change the call itself, but they can invite additional participants, mute and un-mute participant lines, start and stop recordings, and so on. Participants can only affect their own participation in the call.
